A straightforward job where our customer needed some pistons for a Triumph T140V engine at 0.040” oversize, but was unable to obtain any. 

He supplied a sample piston so we could reference the compression height, pin diameter, valve relief size and angle and the profile of the dome / intruder of the piston. These were then made at the bore size he required.

As this job only required 2 pistons there is an extra cost applied to the pistons to compensate for the design and machining set up time.
