Description
MGB 3 bearing EN40B steel billet crankshaft. Features wedged and tapered counter weights. Fully cross drilled. The rear of the crankshaft accepts the later 5 brg oil seal for improved sealing. Your original engine backplate needs machining to accept the later type oil seal, and the seal retainer, Or you can use the 5 bearing ,3 synchro alloy backplate we offer. The crankshaft uses MGB 5 bearing conrods, not the original offset type. Please see elsewhere in this section for conrod choices, or contact us for details.
