Edge Starter motor for Ford X-Flow with 132 tooth ring gear.
Most X-Flow engines use a 110 tooth ring gear on the flywheel designed to work with an inertia starter motor. Ford introduced a pre-engaged version that used 132 teeth ring gear on a few models late in production. It is not a common ring gear, and should not be confused with the 135 tooth Pinto ring gear. If in doubt count the teeth or call us for advice!
